ABOUT US.
Our Therapy and Therapeutic Groups help individuals overcome obstacles to enhance their well-being. It can increase positive feelings, such as compassion and self-esteem. Individuals in therapy can learn skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals.
Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) provides rehabilitative support to adults, children, youth, and families to enhance their community adaptation and independent living skills by utilizing a client-centered, evidence based approach. Life Worth Living specializes in restorative, holistic, and trauma informed rehabilitative approaches.
Our Substance Abuse Program provides outpatient intensive outpatient services for individuals struggling with alcohol and drugs use. Our team of licensed clinical professionals create individualized treatment plans to promote healthy, long lasting recovery, and continued sobriety. Our team specializes in various evidence-based treatment techniques that focus on some of the following: empowerment theory, psycho-education, skills training, behavioral counseling, motivational interviewing, and maintenance and relapse-prevention. Our team also provides referrals for medication management services which includes
Suboxone, as part of the recovery process.
COMING JUNE
2023.
(Partial Hospitalization) allows individuals diagnosed with severe mental health illnesses to have the intensive and personalized treatment that they need while being allowed to go back home after treatments to live in our transitional housing.
(Residential Treatment Center) is a live-in health care facility where individuals receive intensive individual and group therapy, psychiatric assessments and treatment, medication management, social skills training, vocational training, educational services, and more.

(Transitional Housing) provides supportive community housing for men and women.
